Identity verification
Where required, we verify your NIN and/or BVN through a licensed identity verification provider to comply with Nigerian financial regulations before enabling wallet funding. We never store your provider credentials, and NIN/BVN values are masked wherever displayed.
How we use your information
Your information is used to process transactions, secure your account, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data security
Payments and deposits are processed through Paystack's secured infrastructure. Sensitive values are encrypted in transit and access to identity data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
